33 weeks
our baby girl is growing!
33 weeks today and I am sure these last 7 weeks (or so) will go by just as quickly!
pregnancy #3 highlights:
still sleeping ok, most nights. my hips hurt a lot (anyone else with this pregnancy issue?), but I flip and flop like a pancake, taking turns on each side. and stretch a lot. hey, if that's the worst of it, i'm doing alright!
still able to exercise, although running has taken a back seat. it's just silly-- I could walk backwards faster at this point, so i'll just stick to my kick-boxing class at the Y (don't be too impressed-- I modify the Billy Blanks moves to an appropriate level), swimming, and walking. pushing a double stroller with 65+ pounds of Thomasson boys in it (feel free to be impressed with that). oh, and up hills. in the snow. ok, now i'm exaggerating.
feeling LOTS of baby girl movements. she is quite the low-rider, and I am feeling every turn of her head, along with lots of bumps and wiggles. it took her a little longer than her brothers, but she's making up for lost time. I am so curious what this little one will be like and how different it will be having a girl!
it has been a fun experience having a child old enough to sort of, kind of understand that we are having a baby. ethan talks all the time about his "baby sister in mama's belly" and pretends he feels her kicks, talks to her, and tells other people about her. and he LOVES hearing stories about when he was the baby on mommy's belly. levi, on the other hand, is clueless, but after watching him with other babies in our community group, I know he will be a sweet and caring big brother.
ok, so for the questions:
weight gain? 30ish lbs

ok, so for the questions:
how far along? 33 weeks
weight gain? 30ish lbs
maternity clothes? ha, yeah. not too tired of them yet, but getting close!
stretch marks? no. thanks, mom!
sleep? mentioned above. sleeping well while i'm asleep, not getting up too often, but still feel like I could sleep for a few more hours each morning (who doesn't, right?)
best moment this week? watching our little girl move all over the place. she is seriously not messing around. little knees, feet, elbows moving across my belly. I love it.
movement? yes!
cravings? nothing I regularly crave, but a donut sounded good all last week (got one Saturday morning!)
gender? GIRL!
labor signs? not yet, but lots of pressure down there. as I mentioned, she's a low-rider.
belly button in or out? nice and flat, but no poking out.
what i miss? i'm still able to hold my boys on my lap, thankfully, so I guess I would say leaning over to reach something like a normal person, regular exercise, and, ok, non-maternity clothes.
what i'm looking forward to? meeting our baby girl soon!
