big little baby boy update
update on 21-month-old. check.
now, for the otherlittle big guy!
Levi is almost 8 weeks old! where have the weeks gone? in some ways, i can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed; in other ways, i feel like this sweet baby has been a part of our lives much longer.
Levi is a wonderful baby! considering the craziness surrounding his first weeks here (house-showing, packing for a move, rsv, house guests, etc), he has been a wonderful, sweet, and good baby! he cries when he's hungry (that's reasonable) but not much otherwise. he has fallen right into a "schedule" (eat, wake, sleep, eat, wake, sleep) and is even giving his mama a little extra rest at night (beginning when he was five weeks old, he was waking once to eat and around six and a half weeks, he started sleeping through the night!). he is a squishy, cuddly little thing and i can't get enough of holding him!
well, i kept saying i wanted to have a fat baby and Levi is the big baby i was hoping for! i don't have a scale at home so i weighed him at my parents house and he is 16 pounds! he has moved up to a size 2 diaper and has flown through 3 month clothes and can wear six month clothing quite comfortably! it is hard to believe what a chunkster this kid is, but i absolutely love it!
Levi started to smile around 4 weeks-- i LOVE it!!! when someone comes close and talks to him, he immediately lights up with a smile that takes over his entire face!
