1, 2, 3, 4...
my toddler discovered a sesame street video about counting to four....i have this song in my head (along with numerous others from veggie tales, praise cds, and sesame street youtube videos) at any given moment throughout the day...gotta love being a mommy (and i do!)!
not the point of this post, however!
the 1, 2, 3, 4 i am referring to is the four blissful years i have had being mrs thomasson. it is amazing to me that i spent 26 years of my life single, wondering who my husband would be, what marriage would be like, etc...and in just four years, i can hardly remember what life was like before marrying my dear husband. that's a good thing.
i could use all this space telling you how wonderful my husband is (he's pretty great) or how i love being married to him (it's my favorite) or how God totally knew what He was doing when He put us together (MFEO*). maybe i will. or maybe i will just simply write that aside from accepting Christ into my life, marrying my husband four years ago on this day is the best thing that has ever happened to me! i often tell him that i love him more than when i married him. and i mean it. and i tell him that the rest of our lives isn't long enough to be his wife. and i mean that, too. i am blessed to be married to someone who is devoted to me and our children, who loves the Lord and pursues Him as a Godly man and the head of our home, who works hard to provide for us, and who desires for God's glory above all else in all these things!
