Ninety days and DONE! I am so excited about completing this fitness program. It just feels good to commit to something and finish strong!

favorite things:
*30-minute workout. no joke. anyone has time for a 30-minute workout. the majority of my workouts included kids crawling underfoot and asking me questions as I jumped around or was doing pushups.
*I liked the variety! exercise videos are NOT particularly enjoyable for me, but I didn't tire of these. with almost 20 different workouts, there were only a few that got old (or that I didn't look forward to. like pilates.).

least favorite things:
*towards the end (about three weeks out), my motivation was dwindling. not to exercise, but to do the exercise that I was scheduled to do. sometimes you just want to do what you want to do, you know? facebook friends came to the rescue and provided great motivation to keep going! so glad I did!

I really enjoyed this program. I liked how the plan was laid out for me and I knew exactly what was expected each day. Designed to work different muscle groups and allow rest or more restful workouts at the appropriate times. Only once did I have an "injury"-- a small muscle strain in my upper arm, most likely due to choosing the wrong weight for a workout-- and it resolved quickly. Overall, I feel strong and fit and can definitely see increased muscle tone and definition as well as improvement in balance, agility, and core strength.

I didn't lose much weight (a few pounds, at the most)-- I attribute this to two things: not a big change in my eating habits-- overall healthy eating (no fast food, little processed) plus chocolate. :) also, the increase in muscle makes for heavier weight but healthier me. much better, if you ask me!
