levi {seven months}
happy 7 months, big guy!
during this past month, you have mastered sitting up, grown a tooth, and become the wiggliest seven-month-old that i know!!! you are constantly pumping those legs, pivoting all around the room, and rolling to the exact spot you want to be! you are amused by a lot of things around you, including watching your brother play with his toys! with an ever-constant look that says you can hardly wait to join in the fun, i know you two will be such good playmates in the near future!
you want to eat e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. i know that part of that ravenous behavior is your growing teeth, but some mealtimes, i am not sure you are satisfied! you love the baby food, or the pureed "real" food that we give you, and love to munch on cheerios and crackers in between. you still breastfeed 4-5 times a day and still sleep beautifully through the night.
i gave you your first haircut (trim) this month! you have a swoopy hairdo (just like your brother did as a baby) and your hair has some fun curl that i hope will stay. you are still wearing size 4 diapers and 12 month clothing comfortably.
you babble, laugh, and occasionally shriek (happily?). i know you are experimenting with your little voice and it's fun to hear what you have to say. mealtimes are probably the loudest, as you are quite entertained (or entertaining) by blowing raspberries constantly. this is particularly lovely when your mouth is full of peas. or sweet potatoes.
you are a joy to all who get to hang out with you! i often hear comments of what a happy baby you are and i completely agree!
