i'm getting so big!

our sweet little boy is getting so big! almost 4 months old and such a sweetheart! he spends his days going on walks with mommy, being read, talked, and sung to, alternating time between playing on his back and tummy, watching Food Network instead of eating like he's supposed to, taking baths, and getting LOTS of attention from mommy and daddy! he's sleeping through the night pretty consistently, rolls over from his tummy to his back, laughs when mommy kisses his chubby neck, and i'm convinced is the most good-natured baby in the world (taking after his daddy, of course!)! here are some recent pictures of our precious boy...

this is a pretty typical greeting from ethan, from the time we get him up in the morning til he goes to sleep at night...as long as he's not too hungry or tired, of course! but he is definitely our smiling little boy!

chilling out and reading. this is a favorite from the local base library, "I am a Backhoe". mommy decided she needed to brush up on her construction vehicles if she's going to raise this boy right!

ethan is starting to intentionally grab toys and "play". he usually brings it right up to his mouth so he can start eating whatever he has in his hand!

or he just eats his hand. this is a very common look for ethan these days! mmm, yummy fingers!
