girl or boy?

it's a boy!!! as you can see, he was not bashful in showing his stuff, even if he was bent with feet up by his face almost the entire time! brian said he's going to be a wrestler and his mommy is definitely proud of his flexibility! we're so excited to be having a boy...excited either way, of course, but both of us kind of had a gut feeling that our first would be a boy!

i'm still getting the hang of this blogging, so i will post an entire blog of pictures so you can see more...one of them you can see him sucking on his little fingers with his mouth open...so cute...it was fun to see that one in real life! according to the sonographer, everything looks great with our little boy-- 4 heart chambers, palate of his lips, aortic arch, brain growth, etc...all looking good! praise the Lord! i am measuring just a couple of days early, but everything is going well. next OB appointment in March!

so, needless to say, we are excited to know a little something more about our baby! we have another 3D ultrasound this week, so more (very detailed) pictures to come!
