painting the town

for a going away/girls night out, the women in my family, some good girl friends, and i went to one of those places where they teach you to paint a particular picture in one evening. we chose the night we would go based on the painting-- our local Ravenel bridge with the sunset behind. a piece of home to take with me cross-country and a memorable night to make it happen.

we had a great time!

i am so thankful to have been so close to my family these many years! and i am thankful for the wonderful friendships i have made while living in Charleston. even though addresses may change, i know the relationships will remain through the years!
